These home owners were looking for a rustic style entertainment center to not only house their media center but to optimize storage.
After
A functional entertainment cabinet (complete with glass shelves) was built around the fireplace and designed not only for displaying artwork but for storage as well. The soapstone that was used in the kitchen was also used on the surrounding hearth. A 55″ flat panel TV screen was installed above the fireplace.
