Walnut Creek Addition & Exterior Makeover
Before
This house had a dated exterior, plus the clients needed a home office add-on, as well as an enhancement of their primary bedroom suite. This was a complete redesign, renovation, and 1000 square foot addition to this 1950’s Walnut Creek home. Major excavation and foundation work was involved.
After
A first floor office and second floor primary suite addition was built on the front of this home. The new design and finish materials updated the look of the exterior. Also, the entry, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, and kitchen were all reconfigured and remodeled.
